The room was very clean and quite spacious. It had a balcony perfect for enjoying drinks late at night and coffee early in the morning. I felt really safe here, and I liked that several restaurants were so close. The roosters on the hotel made mornings fun!
The refrigerator froze all my items. Some glass containers broke! My medication froze solid as well, and I am unsure if this affected its effectiveness. the shower water pressure was a little weak.

The room offered a refrigerator. Nice chairs sat on the patio. I could look at the canal and mangroves. Complimentary coffee was available in the office. It was a nice touch.
The staff was not always friendly. I asked to take out the kayaks. I was told to wait so they could help other guests.

the rooms were clean and a good size. the location was great for what i needed. the kayak use was free and convenient, i used it every day.
the pool wasnt refreshing. the staff didnt seem to know much about the paddle boards, my partner told them they were broken. there werent many kitchen utensils in my room.
